Hi im Jess, I am the owner of Health & Wellbeing Discovery. I provide Nutrition & Wellness plans that cater to individual needs. This includes constant support and motivation. I offer affordable meals plans that cater to budgets, allergies, foods you like and dislike. I also give well-being techniques around foods and opportunities to see how the past affected issues with weight gain, loss or eating disorders. It’s a lifestyle change that is sustainable not a quick fix diet as I believe this isn’t sustainable. I love what I do and would love to help you on your journey. I have helped people online all over NZ and some parts of the world. I offer online consults or in person consults in the Bay of Plenty. I am based in Tauranga. Initial consults are $170 for one month of support and meal plans & $50 per month for follow ups if required.
