Some Quick Facts: Our microgreens are harvested on a regular weekly basis, to ensure that our customers receive the freshest produce and the highest quality. Fully compostable/biodegradable packaging is used to stay environmentally conscious. Our produce remains mold free for up to 14 days if Stored Correctly The weight information displayed on our packaging is the actual usable plant weight. If you prefer your microgreens in a live growing plant tray, please take the following into account, Caution! Some microgreen varieties tend to form mold in the root area, if not properly attended to. Make sure that your planting mat is well ventilated at all times. Please note that the weight of the products offered in live growing trays include the grow mats, water, roots and packaging.
