The role is fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding Responsibilities will include - Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability - Preparing reports at the end of the shift and week, including staff control, food control and sales - Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts - Managing staff and providing them with feedback - Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform - Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety - Checking stock levels and ordering supplies - Cash handling To be considered for this position you MUST have at least 2 years previous fast food experience, and at least 1 year fast food management experience, A tertiary qualification in business or management will be preferred Applicants must have an open availability to be rostered and 5 out of 7 days a week on a rotating roster Applicants for this Position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
