Description
Looking for an amazing shift/duty manager to join our fun and friendly team. We offer a competitive rate of pay from $25+ depending on experience. Day shifts, no splits, 2 consecutive days off. Staff discounts for multiple venues. Accommodation available. Previous experience in a leadership, customer service role is advantageous, but if you have the right qualities, we are looking for training to be provided. You must have a happy, smiley, welcoming personality, someone who is willing to learn and work hard. Barista experience and/or a duty managers certificate would be a bonus, but we can offer professional training for the right applicant. Some of your duties will be: • Opening and closing the cafe following security procedures • Leading a shift as well as lone working • Welcoming and serving/seating guests. • Taking food and beverage orders and delivering these orders to guests • Barista – training provided. • Passionate about delivering a high standard of service to different types of clienteles. • Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner. • Ensure good standard of cleanliness and presentation of Musterers Hut Café & Giftshop If this sounds like something you would be interested in or have a question, please email us at musterershut@gmail.com.
