Enabling Love & Friendship (ELF) is a non profit organisation based in Dunedin, formed in 2018. It is run by Joshua Perry, a business & marketing graduate and socialite, alongside his mother, a Disability Studies lecturer and advocate. ELF is an organisation for people living with disabilities, run by people living with disabilities. It aims to provide a safe environment for individuals to meet new friends and form new connections and relationships. Come and meet the CEO of 'Enabling Love & Friendship' - Joshua Perry on Thursday 8th June - 1.00-3.00pm at the Ellen Melville Centre in the Marilyn Waring Room. This is following up from the previous event that was postponed in February due to the Auckland floods. We are delighted to finally get the Auckland Branch back underway, and Joshua will discuss a plan with you all going forward to implement future events for Auckland. Josh will also return to Auckland in October so it is our plan to get an events co-ordinator in place before then. During his week in Auckland, Josh will be meeting with various disability agencies and groups. We want to hear your ideas for events and this will be a chance to mix and mingle over afternoon tea (included in the ticket price). We look forward to seeing you all there.
