1916 LSA SHTLe No1mk3* sporter As per pictures, well used and well loved, shoots good for its age, fitted with a gunsmith made rail made to suit the PH rings. Appears to be a PH Monte Carlo wood set, but don’t quote me. Butt pad is present although not the right one and a very poor size choice, better than bare wood. No iron sights, but nothing has been cut or removed, the only non original modifications are the rail being braised on, and one tap and screw at the front over the chamber. Magazine is a typical post war 5 rnd fish belly style, I might have a 10 laying around somewhere. All metalwork is matching, bolt barrel and receiver, s><s stamped, maybe NZ over stamped but hard to tell, plenty of stampings all over. Pecar light 4x81 in used condition, still good to go, has some initials scraped into it, other than that just consumerate wear and tear, holds zero and functions as should. Also for sale is a MLE-SMLE side mount, with original screws and hardware, unknown origin, but certainly original, .30 stamping appears identical to other PH rings, but I can’t Confirm. Will sell the mount seperate from the rifle Rifle 350$ Mount 150$ Valid NZ firearms licence required to purchase. This rifle is on the FSA register and will be re registered to the new owner, this will need to be collected in person , or collected by and registered to a nominated valid NZ FAL holder.
