If your engine check light is on or your vehicle is not running as it should we may have the part that you need. If we dont stock the part you need we may be able to source it for you. We are expanding our range of parts daily and always welcome new ideas for parts to stock. Our goal is to provide top quality parts and service during the sale and more importantly after the sale has been done. We make ourselves available to our customers 7 days a week for any questions or advice that may be needed. Customer benefits: All our products are stocked and shipped from New Zealand Wholesale pricing available 7 day accounts available for registered established workshops to make parts easily obtainable (conditions apply) Payments Purchases can be paid by the following: Cash Eftpos Bank deposit Please make sure when paying by bank deposit/online transfer that you use the auction number as the reference. This will ensure your order is processed quickly as soon as we see the payment in our account. Sales made on weekends or public days (that you want shipped and not wanting to collect) will not be sent out until the next working day. Auctions need to be paid for within 5 working days from time of purchase unless negotiated at time of sale. Please ask for a GST Invoice if you require one. All items shipped have a track and trace number available upon request. Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas is avaiable but customers who live in these regions must let us know and also be aware their delivery times may be longer (up to 5 working days). Also please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions. Please let us know (residential address only) if you havent received the item within 48 hours we are happy to offer assistance and advice where possible. This makes it easier when trying to locate a missing parcel. Pick up is available within or outside business hours including public holidays and weekends. We also can offer delivery in the Auckland region as one of our team is always out and about so prompt delivery can be arranged to you or a workshop / mechanic.
