Highly disappointed with Phoebe's beauty parlor she lost my necklace after texting me say she will keep it in a safe place. I wouldn't recommend her or her partner to anyone. They aren't willing to sort it out like a proper professional business would, instead gets her Partner to ring yelling at me saying it my fault for leaving it there it was awful.!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.. (it was very special to me as it had my kids names engraved on it)

This is far from factual. You were dealing with me as I am the business owner which I stated on phone you to you. You never messaged Phoebe back to confirm this was your necklace. 90 days had past before you came back in for a spray tan and when leaving you asked if your necklace was here. Sadly we couldn't find it. In December the shop was striped out and refitted, which is when we think it was lost. I offered to have to have this remade for you which you declined and demanded I put $200 in your bank account that day screaming this down the phone at me (this went on for a few minutes while I tried to reason with you. I told you there is protocol for this we have to have the jewelry evaluated by insurance we don't just hand out cash. This is when I said I am leaving the call, I do not wish to be spoken to like this, send a message or email when your ready to talk. I never yelled at you. Later that day you had your boyfriend message me and threaten me and demand I put $350 into your account. I emailed him back with a response and after insurance investigated your jewelers name you provided. They came back and said he was never a jeweler but had recently been released from jail for stealing over 30K of woman's jewelry and panties on the West Coast and been through a recovery program. The evaluation on the necklace from the photo you provided was $30 for the necklace and the 2 small 6mm round pendants with a single letter engraved on each of them was between $35-$50 each. Since you have chosen this path 4 months later we wish you all the best for your future endeavors and will not be helping you with this anymore. phoebesbeautyparlour, 16/01/25
