List Stuff Limited offers you the use of List Stuff in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  1. You must accept these terms and conditions before registering as a member of List Stuff. Your ongoing use of the List Stuff signals your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change occasionally at our discretion.
  2. If you breach these terms and conditions, behave in an unacceptable manner, or if other users complain about you, List Stuff may take actions including but not limited to: issuing you a warning; removing your listings; cancelling your membership; and contacting authorities.
  3. List Stuff provides a platform for New Zealanders and New Zealand businesses to find and list stuff for sale, job vacancies, vehicles, property, services, rent & hire, events, community news, and personals. List Stuff itself does not offer anything for sale hire, rent, or lease, or offer any services other than the use of the website. We do not participate in any transactions between members using the website, nor do we act as an agent for any party. Therefore all transactions between you and other members are conducted entirely at your own risk. All contact between you and other members is conducted entirely at your own risk. List Stuff is not responsible or liable for any misconduct committed by any of its members, including misconduct perpetrated by members who have registered under false pretences or who attempt to commit fraud. We also provide no guarantees or warranties regarding any of the listings on the website. For example, we provide no guarantees or warranties about the quality, legality, safety or worthiness of any good or service listed on the site. We provide no guarantees or warranties about the accuracy or truth of any listings, whether the good or service offered will meet your expectations, or whether any member is able to complete a transaction in a satisfactory fashion. If you don't trust someone, don't do business with them. Please be careful!
  4. Registration is free. You must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. You must be at least 18 years old.
  5. List Stuff only charges fees for creating premium listings. Here are our listing prices which you will need to pay before you create a premium listing. List Stuff may change the prices charged for subscriptions at any time, but we enjoy keeping prices as low as possible. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  6. If the cost of upgrading doesn't cover our processing cost then we'll add the processing cost to the cost of the upgrade. The processing cost is $4 for PayPal or $3 for credit cards. Similarly, if you're switching to a plan of the same value, you'll only be charged $4 for PayPal or $3 for credit cards. Processing costs are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. List Stuff may change the amounts it charges for processing costs at any time.
  7. You can put contact details on your listings, but only users who use the messaging system will be added to your Contact List.
  8. All information included in listings must be accurate, honest, and complete.
  9. All listings and communications made through the List Stuff website must be made in good faith.
  10. You may only offer goods and services and/or post information if you are legally entitled to do so. All listings must comply with New Zealand law. You must not list anything that is illegal, offensive, unsuitable, stolen, speculative, or unsafe. You must not list anything that violates copyright or intellectual property rights. If you breach these conditions, List Stuff may remove your listings and contact the authorities or relevant parties at any time.
  11. Listers must be located in New Zealand.
  12. Any feedback or reviews you submit must not be offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate. You may only post feedback and reviews about a lister if you have actually transacted with, or made a reasonable attempt to transact with, that lister. Reviews must be factual. Any opinions reflected in feedback or reviews you submit to the website must be honestly and genuinely held by you. You must not post a negative review or feedback without making a reasonable effort to resolve your issue with the lister. Listers have the ability to publicly respond to reviews. You must not post feedback or reviews about yourself or your businesses. List Stuff may remove any unsuitable feedback or reviews.
  13. The information you provide upon registration must be accurate. You must maintain and update this information.
  14. You must not create more than one individual account per person.
  15. You must not create more than one business account per business.
  16. You must not share your account with another person or entity.
  17. You must keep your login information, particularly your password, secret and secure. Passwords should be as long as possible (at least 12 characters), hard to guess, and easy to remember.
  18. All prices on listings you create must include GST where applicable.
  19. Taxes on transactions between members are the responsibility of said members.
  20. You must be the copyright holder of, or licensed to use, any photos you upload to the website.
  21. You must not attempt to damage, scan, probe, profile, interfere with, attack, inject into, or harm any part of our technical infrastructure. Automating any interaction with the website is forbidden.
  22. We will do our best to make sure the website is always available. The website may occasionally respond slowly or go down due to maintenance or very rarely due to a failure by our hosting provider. List Stuff takes no responsibility for any data corruption, the relative slowness or unavailability of the website, or the consequences of either.
  23. List Stuff owns all intellectual property rights in this website including, but not limited to, copyright.
  24. Any liability and responsibility of List Stuff regarding your use or misuse of our services or inability to use our services is excluded without limitation. Any liability and responsibility of List Stuff regarding any and all loss or damage is excluded without limitation.
  25. List Stuff is indemnified against liabilities resulting from your actions to any person or entity.
  26. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of New Zealand.
